- 4 minute kosher steaks
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
- 8 oz sliced crimini mushrooms
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 small onion, sliced thinly
- 1 Tbsp kosher steak sauce
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
1. Rub black pepper into each steak.
2. Preheat a heavy skillet on medium-high heat. Add oil.
3. When the oil is hot, add the onions and sautee until it begins to brown. Add frozen peas and sliced mushrooms and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms and peas are tender and well cooked. Remove onions and mushrooms to a plate or bowl.
4. Place the kosher minute steaks into the pan and sear on each side. Then add kosher steak sauce, soy sauce, and the vegetable mixture you had previously set aside. Cover the pan and set heat to low. Simmer for 4-5 minutes or until steak has reached desired doneness.
